Seeka's head office is situated in Te Puke, a rural township in New Zealand's Bay of Plenty. Currently Seeka operates modern packhouses near Te Puke, Tauranga, Katikati and Whitianga in the Coromandel.

Employees have easy access to long surf-fringed beaches, native bush walks, bubbling thermal areas, winter skiing, excellent fishing, thermal pools, plus a vibrant café and bar scene.

Seeka employ nearly 3000 seasonal staff during harvest from April to mid June. Seeka operates 16 post harvest facilities which service the Bay of Plenty region. A professional team of full-time employees manage the logistical operations, orcharding activities and administrative duties.
