"Marty" has extensive experience in agribusiness having worked in rural banking and finance, and as the past general manager of the publicly-listed horticultural business Grocorp Pacific Limited. He is a former director of Te Awanui Huka Pak and former chairman of the Te Awanui Growers Council.
