Richard entered the kiwifruit industry in the mid 80’s developing orchards in Te Puna and Bethlehem and Whangarei. After developing his own orchard he became involved in orchard management which led to grower services. He is passionate about horticulture and enjoys the challenges of helping to improve growers orchards and returns.
