Wattan moved to NZ from India 16 years ago and his since built a life and career rooted in the heart of NZ's horticulture industry. He graduated from the University of Waikato with a degree in Business Management. Wattan began his career as a kiwifruit contractor, managing a diverse grower base across the Bay of Plenty. In 2019, he joined a post harvest company and has been working in grower services ever since.
