New Kiwifruit varieties demonstration

An orchard visit to learn about the New Green and Red varieties with Zespri.

• The New Green has been in trials since 2012 and the decision on whether it has the right attributes to commercialise will be decided in the next year.

• The Red variety is in the early stages of learnings and Zespri want to share this information with interested growers. A commercialisation decision may be made in 2018.

The information session will start at 9.30am and run for approximately two hours.

Join Michael Franks and Annmarie Lee on a visit to our Seeka Australia orchard in Bunbartha and the Melbourne Fruit Market. It's a popular event and places are limited so we will be allocating this on a first-in-first-served basis.

The visit takes place the week beginning Monday 26 February and interested growers will be updated if this changes. If you are interested in extending your trip either side of these dates, this can be arranged.
