DEFINITIONS
Competition: means this promotion run by the Promoter.
Competition Period: means the period in line with the 2024 kiwifruit harvest season which is approximately from 11 March to the middle/end of June 2024.
Main Prize Draw: means the draw and terms thereof as outlined in provisions 1 -3.
Main Prize Pool: means the pool of prizes as listed 12 in accordance with their respective indicative values.
Promoter: means Seeka Limited (Company Number 342045), whose registered office is at 34 Young Road, Paengaroa, Te Puke, New Zealand and includes its successors and assigns, and or other entities which are wholly owned by Seeka Limited.
Weekly Draw: means the draw and terms thereof as outlined in provisions 4-6.
Weekly Draw Prize: means a voucher or gift card nominated by the Promoter to be equivalent to $50.00 in value.
PRIZES AND ELIGIBILITY
Main Prize Draw
1. Any person employed by the Promoter (packhouse and orchards) working as part of the 2024 Seasonal Harvest Team (Seasonal, Casuals, Permanent or Waged Employees), during the Competition Period will be eligible for entry into the Main Prize Draw.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, employees absent from employment for more than a calendar week will not be eligible.
3. The Main Prize Draw will be drawn each week of the Competition Period and the successful entrants will win a random prize from the Main Prize Pool.
Weekly Draws
4. Any person employed by the Promoter (packhouse and orchards) working as part of the 2024 Seasonal Harvest Team (Seasonal, Casuals, Permanent or Waged Employees) and has worked at least 40 hours the week of the weekly draw, is automatically eligible.
5. Eligible employees will be automatically entered into the Weekly Draw.
6. The Weekly Draw will be drawn at the end of each week during the Competition Period and the successful entrant will win the Weekly Draw Prize.
GENERAL TERMS
7. The Competition is open to anyone who is legally eligible to work in New Zealand excluding RSE workers during the Competition Period.
8. To enter the Competition, entrants must be employed by the Promoter and be working as part of the 2023 Seasonal Harvest Team (Seasonal, Casuals, Permanent or Waged Employees) and must satisfy the eligibility requirements for the respective prize draws.
9. Successful entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter from the valid entrants.
10. Each entrant can only be drawn once during the Competition Period
11. Each entry must comply with these terms and conditions. Entries in breach of these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and will be removed from the Competition at the discretion of the Promoter.

12. The Main Prize Pool consists of the following prizes with a corresponding indicative value:

13. The prizes in the Main Prize Pool may vary as a result of availability. In the event a prize in the Main Prize Pool above is unavailable, an alternative prize of similar indicative value shall be awarded to the successful entrant.
14. No prize in the Main Prize Pool is transferrable for cash and no change will be given.
MISCELLANOUES
15. Successful entrants will be notified in person or via phone.
16. By participating in the Competition, entrants confirm their acceptance and agreement to the terms and conditions of the Competition.
17. Entrants further accept and allow the Promoter to use, display and or disseminate photos or materials containing the entrants in promotional, social and or marketing material.
18. The decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem any prize and to disqualify any entrant who, in the view of the Promoter, is not eligible.
19. The Promoter is not responsible if any entry is not received for any reason whatsoever.
20. If a prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason outside of the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of a prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
21. If the Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
(a) to disqualify any entrant; or
(b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate.
22. Entrants agree that they will not do, or omit to be done, anything that does or has the potential, to bring the Promoter or its products into disrepute.
23. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes any liability it may have to any entrants arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Competition.
