Chief Financial Officer (CFO) 

Nicola is responsible for managing the financial activities of the Seeka Group. This includes financial planning and forecasting, along with implementing policies and procedures to appropriately manage Seeka’s funds. Nicola is also leading Seeka’s sustainability drive across the Company. She joined Seeka in 2017 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in 2022, having previously held the position of Financial Controller for the Seeka Group. Nicola is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand and the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Colombia (Canada).
