Welcome to our latest update for 2019. Thank you to all who attended the Seeka Growers Annual Grower meeting last week, your attendance and support was greatly appreciated. In addition to the formal meeting, growers were entertained by Te Radar and then generously supported Dress for Success project of Rotorua. This Trust helps to enable and empower women achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and life. Innovatively we held an auction of handbags and our growers generously contributed over $5,000 to support the organisation. Thank you.

Individual forecasts have been released to growers. Seeka growers orchard gate returns are amongst the highest in the Industry aided by excellent fruit quality, low onshore and offshore fruit loss, and the lower cost structure of Seeka. We welcome new supplying growers to Seeka who have committed to supply for 2020. With this new supply, we remain conscious and well set with our capacity.

With a positive bud break and generally floral position for all varieties, Seeka will shortly be offering you a wider reaching flower harvest, application service and pollen supply. Hayward growers, please consider the opportunity to have your early flowers harvested. Details will be emailed to you next week.
